Abstracts and Indexes

Summaries of the content of documents (journal articles, books, reports, conference proceedings, etc.). Print and electronic abstracts and indexes (or search tools) are used for finding journal articles and other information. Print copies are located in the Bibliographies collections.

Academic Services Liaison Group

Audio-visual materials

The Library has a large collection of audio visual materials including slides, videos, audio cassettes, audio CDs, CD-ROMs, and DVDs. All audio-visual materials (except for slides) are listed on the Library Catalogue.

Audio-visual services

Audiovisual Services provide a diverse range of facilities and services to support teaching and learning at Leeds Met. Services such as audio-visual loans counters, facilities for making a video or audio programme, giving presentations and a 24 hour off-air recordings service are available from The Library at both Civic Quarter and Headingley Campuses.
