If you aren't sure how to use this Search form, try looking at the help files for the Ultraseek search engine.

Tips

1. Enter key words or phrases defining what to to find. By default, the search will find pages containing any of the terms you enter.
 
  • mark phrases by enclosing in quote marks ( " )

"academic librarians"

  • if a term must appear on pages found, precede it with a "+"

+catalogue; +"exam papers"

  • to exclude a term, precede it with a "-" sign

-electronic; -"opening hours"

2. Select where to search: you can search all Library Online pages or a defined subset of them. 
3. Set options for the results display: you can change the sort order and how many results to display at a time. 
4. Start the search by clicking "Go Find It".
