Research and Information
Finding information for your University assignments and knowing how to access and use it can be complex. Librarians are available at the Help and information Point to support you so that you can be confident in all your information skills, from choosing appropriate sources to referencing them.
IT Support
IT Help Assistants are available at the Help and Information Point for all your IT and printing enquiries. Watch out for IT Help Assistants in red T-shirts 'roving' the library giving help and support near the open access PCs, labs and Print Rooms. Why not make use of the Help Phones? Find them at

Information Assistants can help you with any problems with your Library account. In addition they can also be found providing help on the ground floor near the self service facilities.
