Customer Comments

We hope you are happy with the service we provide, but if you would like to make any comments, suggestions or complaints about any Library service, please tell us. You can give us your views by:

  • Speaking to a member of staff on duty on the Help and Information Point.
  • Filling in a Customer Comments Card or completing the form below. Printed cards can be found on the ground floor in the Headingley and City Campus libraries. If you are unable to visit The Library, please ask us to post you one. Completed forms should be put into the Customer Comments box in The Library. If you wish to leave your name and contact details, you will receive an email reply from us within 10 working days.

For students who are not satisfied with the response they receive it may be possible to pursue your complaint on a formal basis: details of this can be found in the University's Student Regulations.

Alternatively, issues with Library services can be raised through course committees, with your student representatives, the Students' Union or your course tutor.
